The final tallies are in for the LifeConnection Christmas Project. We raised over $3,800 to help give some deserving families in Independence a hand-up.

its finally christmas morning and i woke to the sound of someones cell phone,but i haven’t been able to find out who’s
when we where first married i was always laid off oct-jan which meant pinto beans cornbread every day to be able to get by.
there was no tree or anything like that, but we told the kids the true meaning of christmas, no santa claus, but this is a time when we reconize the birth of our lord
we always taught them the true meaning of all the holidays, so they know that the one true one we teach them about is true
i know that everyone does do christmas different,but this is what we as a family has done, but it has always been a time for us to always spend together with our family
with all of us working this is really one of those rare times that we can rest from our labor and be with each other
i’m really glad that the money for the christmas project came in to help others, christmas is really a great time of the year to reach out to those in need!
