Prayer @ LifeConnection

By Carson

Please join us in praying for one another this week. In prayer we demonstrate our dependence on God to act and work in the world, in our community, and in our lives. In Matthew 6:9-13, Jesus taught His disciples to pray…

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name,
Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread and forgive us our debts,
as we have forgiven our debtors, and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

We’re to focus on the things God cares about in prayer, to pray for the things He desires to be true in our world. He also teaches us to ask and make request. The following requests were to submitted for corporate prayer this week. Thanks for joining with us!

1. Pray for kingdom impact in the community of Independence through Easter in Independence on April 3rd.
2. Pray for LifeConnection Community Groups–that lives would be transformed.
3. Katie Steele: Pray for my dad as he’s dealing with financial and health problems. Also, pray for my sister’s baby Sephora who is back in the hospital with heart problems.
4. Maurice & Marsha Arnall: Please pray for our family as we adjust to Marsha’s father’s death.
5. Shawna Brown: In need of guidance concerning work and family problems.

Thanks!
