Prayer @ LifeConnection

By Carson

We had an incredible Easter in Independence at LifeConnection! We had great weather and a great turnout. Not only this, but LifeCo’s Easter celebration was fantastic. We were reminded of Jesus, our Wounded Healer who dealt with the problem of our sin on His cross and His rising again victoriously from the grave. Everything from the teaching, to the musical worship and painting reminded us all of the hope we have in Him. It was so exciting to have lots of guests and family with us to celebrate.

Having said that, we have much to thank God for this week as we continue to remember His mercy given to us in Jesus. Also, keep the following people in your prayers this week:

1. Thank God for His work during Easter in Independence and LifeCo’s Easter celebration.
2. Valerie Covick: “I need a job. Pray for my new job opportunity.”
3. Katelyn Wharton: “I’m going to Argentina in May with Daniel Masters and the Mizzou group. Please pray for our team and the trip in general. Pray that God uses us to minister to people in Argentina with the Gospel.”
4. Norbert Neal: “Pray for my daughter. She is in jail in Lawrence, KS and needs help.”
5. Shawna Brown: “Need prayers concerning a job/career.”

Thanks,
Carson
