We Stand on a Resurrected Savior
The resurrection of Jesus Christ is not simply one part of the Christian faith. It is the foundation upon which everything else stands. Without it, there is no salvation, no hope, and no point to any of it. Paul makes this clear in 1 Corinthians 15, where he lays out the core of the gospel: Christ died for our sins, He was buried, and He rose on the third day. His resurrection was physical and verifiable, witnessed by hundreds of people. Just as death entered the world through Adam, life comes through Christ, the firstfruits of all who will be raised. Because He is risen, death no longer has the final word, and we are freed to live with boldness and obedience.
