Our Hope is in a Risen and Returning Savior
We live in a unique moment in history, caught between the first and second coming of Jesus Christ. Daniel 7 gives us a powerful vision of God’s sovereignty, showing that no matter how terrifying or overwhelming evil may appear, God’s authority is complete and His victory is certain. The ‘Son of Man’ Daniel saw coming on the clouds of heaven is Jesus Himself, the returning King who will reign forever. This truth is not just a future hope. It is a present reality that should shape how we live, how we love others, and how urgently we share the gospel. The time between Christ’s ascension and His return is not a waiting room. It is a mission field. Live like the King is coming back, because He is.
