The Holy Spirit
Scripture: John 16:5-15
Many people misunderstand the Holy Spirit, seeing Him as an impersonal force or a passing emotion. But Scripture is clear: He is the third person of the Trinity, fully God, dwelling inside every believer. Jesus told His disciples that His departure was actually good news because it made way for the Holy Spirit to come. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, guides believers into truth, and always points us toward Christ. He works through the faithful proclamation of the Gospel, and He leads us deeper into truth through Scripture. He is not a distant concept but a present, active, personal God who empowers believers to live differently, overcome sin, and make Christ known.
