Scripture: 1 Peter 2:9-12

 

God has called the church to be His chosen people, a royal priesthood, and a holy nation. We didn’t earn these titles through good works but were rescued from the darkness of sin through Christ’s sacrifice. As believers, we live as sojourners in this world, called to abstain from sinful desires and conduct ourselves honorably before unbelievers. Our mission isn’t about grand gestures but faithful daily obedience in ordinary moments. We need community with other believers to remind us of our true identity when we struggle. This week, identify someone in your life who needs to see Christ through your honorable living and look for small ways to point them toward the God who rescues.
